At Oswaal Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the specific items from your order history that you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
